Jenna Kuh’s practice focuses on patent litigation in District Courts and the International Trade Commission.

Jenna is an experienced litigator handling all stages of patent litigation, including pleadings, invalidity/infringement contentions, claim construction, discovery, depositions, motions, expert reports, and trial. She is a team player, and her attention to details often helps her team spot potential strategies that will support her clients’ overall goals.

With a background in electrical engineering, Jenna has worked across a wide range of technologies including wireless communications standards, signal processing, video encoding, lithium-ion batteries, semiconductors, OLED, software applications, and automotive devices and systems, among many others.

Before becoming a patent litigator, Jenna helped clients secure strong patents. She has extensive experience in patent counseling, infringement analysis, and patent prosecution in high-tech fields. She gained a solid foundation as a patent litigator from her prior experience, which allowed her to develop sharp eyes on patent claims and claim construction in patent disputes.
