Overview

As chief legal talent and inclusion officer, Dana Gray brings more than 30 years of experience to her role overseeing the firm’s professional development, recruiting, pro bono, and diversity and inclusion areas.

Known for her ability to build connections between others — helping her colleagues to do the same — Dana empowers the firm’s attorneys and professional staff to grow their practices, develop their skills, and provide the world-class client service for which Fish is known. She also supports her teams to develop effective, impactful pro bono and diversity initiatives that express the firm’s values and commitment to the community.

Prior to joining Fish, Dana built a 30-year career working in law firm operations for a global full-service law firm, ultimately rising to the role of managing director of professional development. In addition to her work at Fish, she serves on the board of directors of the National Association for Law Placement, an organization dedicated to promoting a fair and equitable hiring process and to promoting effective professional development in the legal profession.

In her free time, Dana travels frequently with her husband and son, often taking the opportunity to visit family members across the U.S.
