Coalton Bennett, Ph.D., prosecutes patents for electrical and computer technologies, with a particular focus on autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and telecommunications.
Coalton has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications covering artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous vehicle technologies, wireless communications, telecommunications standards, networking protocols, signal processing, software technologies, and analog and digital circuit design, among other innovations. His work also includes managing both domestic and foreign patent portfolios for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.
While completing his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at Cornell University, Coalton focused his research on creating and simulating new wireless routing protocols for smart meter appliances. His broad technical fluency enables him to communicate effectively with clients and patent examiners, translating complex subject matter into strong patent protection.
