Qualified as both a German and European patent attorney and trilingual in Chinese, English, and German, Maggie Huang is uniquely well-equipped to advise global companies on patent prosecution and litigation in venues across Europe.
Maggie represents clients in matters related to telecommunications (including 4G/5G/6G, WiFi, and V2X), medical devices, whiteware, computer hardware, and computer-implemented innovations. Her broad legal experience includes patent drafting; patent and utility model prosecution and invalidation before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA); patent prosecution and opposition before the European Patent Office (EPO); patent invalidation before the Federal Patent Court of Germany (BPatG) and the Unified Patent Court (UPC); and patent infringement litigation before the German national courts and the UPC.

Maggie holds an M.S. in computational mechanics, and her technical depth is enhanced by five years of experience working in the automotive industry prior to her career in law.
In her leisure time, Maggie enjoys practicing Bikram yoga and playing iSquash with her husband and kids.
