Eric Osborn advocates for clients in litigation and post-grant proceedings involving a wide array of electrical and computer technologies.
Eric’s legal experience includes drafting invalidity claim charts and expert declarations for inter partesreview proceedings and district court litigation, as well as performing legal research for a variety of patent-specific topics.
Prior to beginning his career in law, Eric gained considerable industry experience as an electronics design engineer at Rockwell Automation and Eaton Corporation. His work included managing a hardware development lab, implementing power electronics features into a variety of industrial products, and executing intellectual property strategy to achieve invention disclosure, patent, and expenditure goals. During his time in industry, Eric also designed autonomous driving technology for commercial vehicles.
In his free time, Eric enjoys playing a variety of instruments and recording music in his home studio.
