Background

Allison Dietrich is a Technology Specialist and Patent Agent in Fish & Richardson’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on U.S. and foreign prosecution of patents related to a broad range of electrical and computer technologies. In particular, Ms. Dietrich has experience in inventions involving electrical power generation and distribution, audio systems, robotics, consumer electronics, home and business automation, and image processing.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dietrich worked in the reactor licensing division of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Previously she served on active duty with the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer on an aircraft carrier, and as a systems engineering instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy. Ms. Dietrich continues to serve as a Naval Reserve Officer in Washington, D.C.
