Background

Peng (Paul) Lin is an Associate in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson. Dr. Lin’s practice emphasizes patent prosecution and counseling, opinion work, due diligence studies, and patent portfolios development and management.

Prior to Harvard Law School, Dr. Lin received his Ph.D. in Human and Statistical Genetics from Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Lin had extensive research experience and training in human genetics, molecular biology, biophysics, bioinformatics, and biostatistics. Technical areas of Dr. Lin’s prosecution and opinion work include e.g. molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, antibody therapeutics, microarray technology, diagnostic methods, biomarkers, nanoparticle technology, small molecules, medical devices, biostatistics, bioinformatics, and also various software and algorithms that are related to statistics, informatics, and mathematics.
