Excerpt: "Framing is a big issue, and making sure that we have clarity on how we're supposed to approach these types of issues is very important," Fiorella said. "I think that Chief Judge Moore's raising of this issue — and it kind of seems like a call to action to get more clarity — is something that I think a lot of the design bar is going to be really interested in."
