USPTO Fee Schedule Update: June 1, 2016

Effective June 1, 2016, the USPTO fee schedule has been updated for the following changes.

PCT Fees to Foreign Offices

1701: International filing fee (first 30 pages — filed electronically without PCT-EASY .zip file) — description changed to include filing electronically without ePCT .zip file
1710: International filing fee (first 30 pages — filed electronically with PCT-EASY .zip file) — description changed to include acceptance of ePCT .zip file with same discounts to the international filing fee
1716: International search (JPO) — fee increase from $1,295 to $1,378
