Fish's Response to COVID-19 and Business Continuity Update

Authors

As we continue to monitor and respond to the spread of COVID-19, I want to share our response plan and how we are working to keep our employees, clients, and communities healthy and safe.

Our top priority is the safety of our extended community, and we are continuously and carefully monitoring recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and local authorities. We are specifically focused on slowing the spread of the virus through the following actions:

  • Encouraging remote work while maintaining operations in an effort to slow the spread of the virus;
  • Implementing extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures across all of our offices, including frequent professional cleaning of high-touch areas;
  • Keeping our people fully informed on best practices to protect themselves, loved ones, and clients against the virus.

We have preexisting crisis contingency plans in place which have been tailored to address this particular situation. Following these guidelines, we have deployed a dedicated task force to monitor developments, respond rapidly in this ever-evolving environment, and ensure uninterrupted business services for our clients. We are committed to safety first and transparent, open communication.

We want to assure you that we have robust IT systems in place to support our employees working remotely so they can continue to provide clients with the highest levels of service and security. With 14 offices around the world, interconnectivity and remote work is already an integral part of Fish's culture and operations. Our employees are fully equipped for this scenario and we do not expect any disruption in the important work we do for you.

As this situation evolves, know we are committed to serving the best interests of our clients and community at every step. We hope that you and your family stay healthy and safe. Please reach out if there is anything we can do to help.
