Osaka Seminars

Fish presented two seminars in Osaka, Japan, in cooperation with the Kansai Economic Federation and Osaka’ largest law firm, Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners. Janis Fraser and John Pegram spoke on biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent law in the morning seminar. They were joined at the afternoon seminar by John Johnson and Matt Samuel for presentations on developments in U.S. patent law, a mock Markman hearing and a panel discussion on U.S. patent litigation.
