IP Master Class: Strategies for the Federal Circuit, District Courts, ITC, and PTAB will be held on April 16 in a virtual format. The program is sponsored by the Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law and the John Marshall Law School.
This year’s IP Master Class will focus on four key areas of patent practice: the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, U.S. district courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Fish Principal Frank Porcelli will participate on a panel focusing on the Federal Circuit from 1:45 – 3:15 pm CT. Frank will discuss practical tips for presenting arguments to the Federal Circuit and strategies for presenting damages issues.
