Fish principal Betsy Flanagan will speak at ICLE’s Intellectual Property Law Spring Seminar 2020. Betsy’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation, with an emphasis on life sciences, biotechnology and pharmaceutical litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation. Betsy’s topic at the seminar is “Adopting the Phillips Standards in IPRs.” Betsy will discuss how to manage parallel proceedings in the face of estoppel risks and timing challenges.
