Frank Porcelli to Present on "IP Jeopardy" Panel

Fish Principal Frank Porcelli will present on a panel at the Honorable William C. Conner Inn of Court educational program. The panel is titled “IP Jeopardy” and will be a fast-paced game that will test participants’ knowledge of Federal Circuit patent cases.

Mr. Porcelliis a Senior Principal at Fish & Richardson with extensive experience inpatent and trade secret appellate work. He is Co-Chair of the firm’sAppellate Group and has successfully argued some of the highest profile and most legally significant patent appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
