2018 Annual ACC In-House Counsel Conference

Fish is proud to support the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and their 7th Annual ACC In-House Counsel Conference. Fish principal Jason Zucchi and associate Phillip Goter will present “Update on Key Patent Decisions from the Supreme Court and How They Could Impact Your Company.” They will discuss the TCHeartland case and provide an overview of the implications of two other recent key patent decisions by the Supreme Court – Oil States and SAS.
