Recognized for his ability to bridge technical complexity with legal precision, Bobby has led global patent prosecution matters for some of the world’s most well-known technology companies. He has extensive experience with oral hearings before the China National Intellectual Property Administration, as well as with cross-jurisdictional patent prosecution involving semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications.
Bobby brings a rigorous background in electrical engineering to his IP practice. He previously worked as an image algorithm developer at Shanghai Micro Electronics Equipment Group, where his achievements included helping develop core algorithmic modules for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, with a focus on optical detection and lithography systems.
In his free time, Bobby enjoys outdoor cycling and table tennis. He has completed the journey from Chengdu to Lhasa by cycling.
