William Wheeler provides patent litigation support to clients in the electrical and computer technology industries.
Will’s legal skills include drafting invalidity charts, Federal Circuit amicus briefs, patent infringement complaints, claim constructions, and motions to compel and to transfer venue.
In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Will has on-the-ground experience in software engineering as an intern for a provider of defense, intelligence, and cybersecurity technologies, where he worked on multi-threaded software architecture.
When he’s not litigating, Will enjoys skiing, sailing, and supporting D.C.’s professional sports teams.
