Overview

Vivian Chew Keller, a member of Fish & Richardson’s litigation team, focuses her practice on patent litigation, with an emphasis on electrical and computer technologies.

Vivian has experience litigating technologies such as smartphone-related inventions. She also assists with post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

 

Vivian is a registered patent attorney. Prior to joining Fish, her practice focused primarily on patent prosecution, where she drafted and prosecuted patent applications. She also has experience in trademark and copyright prosecution.

Vivian previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Timothy C. Batten, Sr., of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

When she’s not working, Vivian enjoys doing crossword puzzles and hiking with her husband and son.
