Overview

Vidhu Joshi represents clients in patent litigation involving life sciences and pharmaceutical innovations.

Vidhu’s legal experience includes two summers spent at Fish & Richardson and an internship at the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware with Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon. He also served as a law clerk for Senator Chris Coons on the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary and worked with clients on intellectual property-related matters through his law school’s IP clinic. He is a registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. 

Before attending law school, Vidhu earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in genetics, biochemistry, and molecular biology and worked in clinical research at Mayo Clinic, where he oversaw clinical trials and served as a liaison between patients, physicians, pharmaceutical companies, and the FDA. He has also authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications within the field of oncology. 

When he’s not at work, Vidhu enjoys hiking with his two dogs, traveling, and trying new restaurants with his wife.
