Grant Brunson represents clients in patent litigation concerning a wide range of mechanical and biomedical engineering technologies.
Grant’s legal experience includes charting invalidity contentions for patents, drafting motions to dismiss, and conducting legal research. As a legal extern at Emory University’s Office of Technology Transfer, he drafted a provisional patent application for an endoscopic overtube device, completed prior art searches, and met with inventors to discuss research findings and claim language.
With a master’s degree in biomedical engineering, Grant is equipped to quickly grasp technical nuances and communicate fluently with inventors and experts.
In his free time, Grant enjoys baking, traveling, and exploring Atlanta restaurants.
