Nick’s legal experience includes writing claim construction arguments for Markman hearings; researching and drafting motions to dismiss, motions to compel, and motions in limine; and drafting invalidity contentions.
Prior to law school, Nick worked as a lead project controls engineer at Kiewit Energy, where he supported quantity tracking and scheduling, created quality control systems for installation tracking, and trained field engineers in planning processes.
