Nick’s legal experience includes writing claim construction arguments for Markman hearings; researching and drafting motions to dismiss, motions to compel, and motions in limine; and drafting invalidity contentions.
Prior to law school, Nick worked as a lead project controls engineer at Kiewit Energy, where he supported quantity tracking and scheduling, created quality control systems for installation tracking, and trained field engineers in planning processes.
In his leisure time, Nick enjoys cheering on his favorite Houston sports teams, playing basketball, and exploring new coffee shops
