Laura’s legal experience includes domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement; trademark and copyright licensing matters; and transactions and agreements. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Laura practiced law at a global firm, where she managed portfolios for clients in the business consulting, media, entertainment, and food and beverage industries. She also drafted numerous successful arguments against USPTO trademark refusals, served as domestic counsel for a UK sports team expanding its U.S. trademark portfolio, and advised on U.S. copyright registration and enforcement for a large foreign news organization.
Outside of the office, Laura’s interests include singing, running, and spending time with her young daughter.
