Kate McDowell assists clients across a wide range of industries to develop, protect, and enforce their trademark portfolios in the U.S. and internationally.
Kate’s understanding of the law, backed by over a decade of experience gained as a trademark paralegal prior to and while attending law school, informs her work for clients. When she’s not at work, Kate enjoys running half-marathons, attending concerts, and lounging with her dogs.
