Hubert’s legal experience also includes drafting validity, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions. Drawing on his background in mechanical engineering, Hubert is well versed in a wide range of technologies, including medical devices. Prior to beginning his career in law, he worked as a development engineer and project manager for a manufacturer of pressure equipment and energy-efficient sterilization chambers.
In his free time, Hubert enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in the mountains and on their small farm.
