Patent litigator Evan Falk draws on his past experience as a chemical engineer forFortune 500 companiesto provide insightful representation to clients in the transportation and chemicals industries.
Evan’s legal background includes performing research, writing memoranda on various patent litigation topics, and conducting document review.
With substantial chemical engineering experience that informs his work for clients, Evan previously served as a process development and manufacturing technology engineer at DuPont. In this role, he designed a pilot manufacturing process to enable rapid scale-up of newly developed heat transfer compounds for electric vehicles and provided engineering input for the company’s global intellectual property protection strategy.
In his leisure time, Evan enjoys playing tennis, programming, and working on 3D design projects.
