Elliot is known for his ability to craft overlooked, out-of-the-box solutions to his clients’ most complex litigation challenges.His recent achievements include working tosecure a summary judgment of non-infringement for Microsoft in a patent infringement dispute involving content delivery networks and securing another favorable outcome for Microsoft in a multi-patent competitor dispute concerning encryption and identity federation technology. Elliot also provides ongoing counsel to a multinational transportation corporation and a Fortune 500 consumer electronics company.
With a broad range of experience in electrical and computer technologies, Elliot has represented clients on matters pertaining to semiconductor circuits, hardware and software, security and encryption technologies, consumer electronics, and mechanical and electrical engineering technology, among other innovations. His technical versatility is enhanced by his background in physics, including work on the Large Hadron Collider in Geneva, Switzerland.
In his pro bono practice, Elliot has advocated for asylum seekers alongside Immigration Equality. Outside of work, his passions include short-term rentals and playing hide-and-seek with his toddler.
