Elizabeth DeToro focuses her practice on patent litigation in electrical and computer technologies.
Liz has a background in computer science, and her experience spans a range of software technologies. Prior to law school, she worked for a strategy and technology consulting firm. Liz previously summered with Fish & Richardson in 2021 and 2022. She then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit before rejoining the firm.
In law school, Liz was a staff writer and online editor of the Villanova Law Review.Her legal scholarship has been published by the Villanova Law Review.
