Overview

Damien Thomas focuses his practice on patent litigation across industries including manufacturing, aerospace, and energy.

Damien has a background in mechanical engineering, and his experience spans a wide range of software, aerospace, and manufacturing technologies. Prior to law school, he worked for a technology consulting firm. During law school, he worked on the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy and competed in moot court competitions as part of the Barristers’ Council’s Appellate Advocacy division.

Outside of his legal practice, Damien enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and honing his golf game.
