Overview

Chad Roberts is the transfers manager in Fish & Richardson's Minneapolis office.

Under the direction of the director of risk management & legal compliance, Chad is responsible for workflow, contributing advanced technical know-how, training, and knowledge of the transfer and compliance processes according to policies and procedures set by the firm. Chad also works closely with other departments, as well as legal staff, on proper transfer procedures.

Chad joined the firm in 2001 as a litigation project assistant and has spent the whole of his career at the firm. Prior to his role as senior transfer supervisor, Chad was a litigation case manager, where he gained extensive knowledge of the electronic discovery process and was regularly sought after for his abilities as lead trial paralegal. To that end, Chad participated in over a dozen trials in his career.
