Annie Hartnett helps clients protect and enforce their marks through all aspects of trademark prosecution and litigation.
Annie’s experience includes overseeing and conducting the pre-trial and trial aspects of diverse proceedings indistrict and federal courts and at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has prepared and managed both U.S. and foreign trademark applications through clearance, registration, and enforcement; argued motions on discovery and motions for equitable relief; and composed pleadings and dispositive motions for complex intellectual property cases.
When she’s not at work, Annie enjoys running, painting, and gardening.
