We help devise strategies to protect and maximize the value of copyrighted works via registration practices and policies, acquisitions and sales, and licenses. We also routinely advise on questions regarding the use, misuse, and fair use of copyrighted content.

Through the firm’s official pro bono committee, appropriate cases for individual artists and nonprofit entities may be accepted on a pro bono basis.
