Fish Receives Top Chambers USA 2010 Rankings

Boston, MA, June 17, 2010 - Fish & Richardson has received top national rankings for its Intellectual Property and International Trade Commission (ITC) practices in the 2010 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business. Fish also received top rankings for its regional IP practices in California, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas. In addition, 20 Fish attorneys were selected for inclusion in the directory as leaders in their practice areas.

An elite top ranking means that Fish and its attorneys stood out - from in-depth interviews with thousands of lawyers and clients across the country - for the strength of their practice, expertise, and reputation in the market.

"We are honored to receive such high rankings in Chambers, especially since it is based on the opinions of clients and peers," said Peter Devlin, President of Fish & Richardson. "It is especially rewarding to be recognized for our deep expertise in our core IP practice area and for the number 1 ranking of our leading ITC practice."

Fish is one of the top firms practicing before the ITC and is currently handling 25 percent of all active cases there. Fish brings a multidisciplinary approach to ITC proceedings, drawing on its expertise in patent law, litigation, and licensing of intellectual property rights.
