DJ Healey Selected for Inclusion in 2021 List of Texas Super Lawyers
Super Lawyers recently announced that Senior Principal DJ Healey has been selected for inclusion in the 2021 Texas Super Lawyers list. Healey has been on the list every year since its inception.
Healey's practice focuses on patent litigation, related antitrust and tort claims, and mediation and arbitration. She has handled matters in federal and state courts, the International Trade Commission, the International Chamber of Commerce (Arbitration), the American Arbitration Association, the NASD Arbitration Forum, and in private arbitration. Healey has argued appeals in the Federal Circuit, Fifth Circuit, and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and has served as counsel on a patent case at the Supreme Court of the United States. She has also litigated and won cases in state courts throughout the U.S. and has argued before every level of the Texas court system: trial courts, courts of appeals, and the Texas Supreme Court.
Healey is a sought after speaker who has presented on patent, trade secret, and antitrust issues for The University of Texas School of Law; Stanford University School of Law; University of California, Berkeley, School of Law; and the University of Houston School of Law.
According to Super Lawyers, the Super Lawyers list is developed through a comprehensive research process that incorporates both peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than five percent of attorneys can be named Super Lawyers.
