Fish's Juanita Brooks Named 'Top Attorney' by The Daily Transcript

Fish’s Juanita Brooks has been selected by her peers as one of the best lawyers in San Diego County for intellectual property litigation, joining her fellow peers on the 2013 Top Attorneys list.

Attorneys selected to the list have been nominated by their peers by way of written submission based on their outstanding success in the San Diego County.

Juanita Brooks has a nationwide trial practice, specializing in complex intellectual property litigation. She has handled more than 150 trials in her career and her average yearly caseload includes over twenty active patent cases. Mr. Brooks received her J.D. from Yale Law School.
