Join us as we look back at recent significant trade secrets cases with an eye toward how the Defend Trade Secrets Act has affected different phases of litigation. Esha Bandyopadhyay, Katie Prescott, and Kain Day will lead an interactive discussion about rulings and settlements, breaking down changes and trends based on pre-litigation, litigation, and post-litigation remedies, and discussing the potential impact of trade secretslaw.

Among the topics that will be covered:

  • Whether courts find ex parte seizures to be too extreme;
  • Conflicting views from Courts on the inevitable disclosure doctrine; and
  • The ambiguities of calculating of monetary damages - including who gets to do the calculation.
