Federal Circuit Appeals from the International Trade Commission

Fish Principals Lauren Degnan and John Dragseth, and special guest The Honorable Paul R. Michel, Chief Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (Retired), will discuss the procedures and strategies that lead to persuasive and effective appeals from the ITC to the Federal Circuit.

In addition to reviewing procedures for preserving issues for appeal and staying an exclusion order pending appeal, the speakers also will examine:
