U.S. Patent Law Developments

Fish & Richardson will present a seminar on U.S. Patent Law Developments in Osaka, Japan on Tuesday, November 9, 2010. The Seminar will be presented in cooperation with the Kansai Economic Federation and the law offices of Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners at the NCB Hotel. A morning session will address issues of particular interest to companies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields. The afternoon session will cover topics of general interest to company IP managers and staff, and will include a mock hearing on a motion for summary judgment of noninfringement.
