MIP Trade Secrets Forum 2017

The Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) was established to provide organizations with the option of asserting civil claims for trade secret misappropriation in federal courts. With more than 300 complaints filed in the first year of enactment, the DTSA is cited as the most significant expansion of federal intellectual property law since the Lanham Act in 1946 and provides clear advantages to counsel. Fish principal Michael Headley will moderate a panel "Preventing the Misappropriation of Trade Secrets: IP Counsel Responsibilities" at this event.
