Fish’s Adam Shartzer will present at the Federal Circuit Bar Association 2022 Bench & Bar Conference on Saturday, June 18, in Sea Island, GA.

Fish is proud to support the Federal Circuit Bar Association, whose mission is to assist in improving and facilitating the administration of justice in the Circuit’s community. This panel will discuss the latest developments in PTAB practice, including evolving strategies in view of discretionary denials such as ex parte reexamination and joinder calculus, IPR estoppel scope and timing, and interplay between claim construction positions in litigation and IPRs. This panel will also explore PTAB-specific appellate issues such as jurisdiction.
