Fish is partnering with the Daily Journal to produce the 2019 Patent Disputes Forum: Is Change the New Normal? During this full day of programming, attendees will gain insights concerning key IP issues that affect their clients and organizations. Fish principals Michael Headley and Katie Prescott are co-chairs of the event. Katie Prescott will moderate a panel “Step Away from the Claim Charts” which will cover how outside counsel can better partner with their clients, and Michael Headley will lead a panel on “Mediation – When and How to Use It.”
