Represented Managing Partner of nationwide law firm in case alleging fraud and breach of fiduciary duty in connection with the donation of a multi-million dollar art collection to the Dallas Museum of Art. Obtained dismissal of all claims, which was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Case outcome was written up in the New York Times.

Texas Medicaid Fraud- Prosecution
Represented whistleblower in co-prosecuting Medicaid fraud case with the State of Texas against one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. After two weeks of trial, the case was settled for $158 million, which was the largest Medicaid fraud settlement in Texas history.

Represented leading provider of business services in the consumer goods industry against claims alleging gender discrimination, disability discrimination, and retaliation. The court granted total summary judgment on behalf of client.
FLSA Collective Action
Defended against claims alleging nationwide violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act in connection with wages paid to employees as well as retaliation. Health Care Fraud
Represented medical practitioner against criminal charges of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. After obtaining favorable rulings striking portions of the indictment and forcing the government to file multiple Bill of Particulars, the client received only probation and a monetary restitution of less than half of what the government sought.
