Benjamin Halkowski drafts and prosecutes patents for a wide variety of client inventions.

Benjamin manages a complex patent docket for a broad-based clientele that ranges from multinational technology and financial services companies to startups and individual inventors.

He focuses on patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of computer software, machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, computer vision and image processing, robotics, digital health technologies, e-commerce, financial services, drone technology, authentication systems, and more.

Benjamin is a J.D. candidate at Georgetown University Law Center. Before joining Fish & Richardson, he researched laser constructions and worked in the semiconductor industry as a plasma control engineer building next-generation lithography tools.

In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys writing, swimming, frisbee, and soccer. He also writes and performs original music.
