Yike Lu advocates for clients in litigation surrounding a broad range of life sciences IP, from pharmaceutical products to biotechnology and bioengineering innovations.
Yike's legal experience includes drafting research memos and motions for additional discovery, conducting case law research, assessing patentability, and developing both short-term and long-term IP strategy.
Prior to law school, Yike worked as a research technician for a neuroscience-focused biotechnology company, where they conducted competitive intelligence research of products used to treat central nervous system diseases. Additionally, they performed freedom-to-operate analysis and drafted responses to the Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Outside of the office, Yike enjoys unwinding with a knitting or crocheting project, as well as reading science fiction and fantasy.
