Sarah Kelleher counsels clients on trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and copyright matters with a focus on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement in the U.S. and abroad.
Her experience includes representing trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has also represented clients in UDRP domain name disputes through ICANN and advises on intellectual property license agreements. Sarah’s experience spans the fashion, technology, financial services, and medical industries.
Before joining Fish & Richardson, Sarah was an associate at an IP boutique firm in Chicago and a volunteer at the Art Institute of Chicago. She received her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago, where she was a member of the Vanderbilt First Amendment Moot Court team and an intern for the Honorable Judge Virginia Kendall of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Sarah is currently involved with the Museum of Fine Arts and is a dedicated member of the Charlestown community.
