About Sarah

Sarah Kelleher is an associate in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson P.C.  Sarah counsels clients on trademark, trade dress, trade secret and copyright matters with a focus on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement in the U.S. and abroad. Her experience includes representing trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  She has also represented clients in UDRP domain name disputes through ICANN and advises on intellectual property license agreements.  Sarah’s experience spans the fashion, technology, financial services and medical industries.

Before joining the firm, Sarah was an associate at an intellectual property boutique firm in Chicago and a volunteer at the Art Institute of Chicago.  She received her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago where she was a member of the Vanderbilt First Amendment Moot Court team and an intern for the Honorable Judge Virginia Kendall of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Sarah is currently involved with the Museum of Fine Arts and a dedicated member of the Charlestown community.
