Overview

Sarah Kelleher helps clients grow and protect their brands by providing counsel on trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and copyright matters, with a particular focus on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement in the U.S. and abroad.

Sarah’s experience includes representing trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as representing clients in UDRP domain name disputes through ICANN and advising on intellectual property license agreements. Dedicated to understanding her clients’ business needs, Sarah works closely with clients to choose, obtain, and enforce their trademarks. Her practice spans industries such as luxury goods, fashion, technology, financial services, medical services, pharmaceuticals, health and wellness, beauty, travel, aerospace, and security. Sarah also provides trademark and copyright assistance to pro bono clients.

Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Sarah was an associate at an IP boutique firm in Chicago and a volunteer at the Art Institute of Chicago. She received her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago, where she was a member of the Vanderbilt First Amendment Moot Court team.

In her leisure time, Sarah is passionate about supporting the arts in her local community.
