About Rex

Rex Huang is of counsel to the Boston office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice emphasizes strategic intellectual property planning and implementation, patent prosecution, licensing, due diligence investigations, preparation of opinions on infringement and validity of patents, re-examination, post-grant review, and inter partes review. The work spans a wide range of technology areas, with an emphasis on computer hardware and software, LEDs, LCD and OLED displays, analog and digital signal processing, telecommunications, video processing, optical systems and devices, lithography systems, semiconductors, power devices, nanodevices, Internet of Things, autonomous vehicles, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He helps clients manage patent portfolios worldwide. His clients include large corporations and mid-sized businesses, as well as startups and individuals.
