Background

Qiuyi (Autumn) Wu is a litigation associate in Fish & Richardson’s Boston office. Her practice focuses on patent litigation across a wide range of technologies, primarily in the fields of biotechnology, life sciences, and mechanical arts. Autumn also has experience with Section 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission, contract disputes as well as trade secret litigation.

Prior to joining Fish, Autumn served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable William G. Young for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, Autumn worked as an IP & Licensing Analyst at Boston University Office of Technology Development.
