Overview

Nicholas Wang focuses his practice on patent litigation in the electrical engineering field.

Nicky has experience with both patent prosecution and litigation, having argued a Markman hearing, written a petition for an inter partes review, drafted patent applications, responded to office actions, and written pre-trial motions. With a background in electrical engineering and experience in the automotive industry, he is comfortable working with a wide range of technologies, including those related to embedded systems, controls, hardware calibration, and artificial intelligence. Nicky is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, allowing him to seamlessly communicate with Chinese clients.

During law school, Nicky was an articles editor for the SMU Law Review Association and served as an extern to the Honorable Sean D. Jordon of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Outside of his practice, Nicky is a bass guitarist and enjoys powerlifting, cooking, and traveling.
