Overview

With over 30 years of financial experience, Julie DuBois brings strategic foresight and skilled financial management to lead Fish’s fiscal operations.

As CFO, Julie is charged with managing the firm’s finance and accounting functions while prioritizing client value and satisfaction. Julie’s team oversees accounting, financial and managerial reporting, billing and collections, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, tax accounting, treasury management, and financial systems development. Julie is also a member of the firm’s operating committee, contributing to the development and execution of strategic priorities and growth.

Prior to joining Fish, Julie was the CFO of a law firm with 350 attorneys and offices in the Midwest, Mexico, and China. Her prior experience also includes more than a decade at RBC US Wealth Management in a variety of roles, including corporate strategist, business manager, and finance director. This broad experience, both in the legal industry and out, arms Julie with a wide range of knowledge and proficiencies, from transactional and accounting work to the development and implementation of financial technology systems and attorney compensation programs.

Approachable and goal-oriented, Julie leads her team with a supportive approach that ensures the firm’s talented financial professionals have everything they need to achieve their aims. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and hiking – Mont Blanc and Machu Picchu are two of her most recent journeys.
