Jessica Wang focuses her practice on patent litigation. With a technical background in chemical engineering and biotechnology, Jessica has worked with a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and batteries.
Jessica has experience at various stages of litigation. Her work includes conducting pre-suit diligence, analyzing infringement and invalidity of patents, taking depositions, drafting discovery, drafting briefs and memoranda, and conducting legal research.
Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Jessica drafted patent applications, responded to office actions, and drafted contracts, including license agreements, for life science technologies.
As a law student, Jessica served as an article editor for Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She serves as co-chair of Fish’s Asian & Asian American affinity group.
