Overview

Jessica Hannon oversees the firm’s litigation practice support group, which includes the case managers, paralegals, eDiscovery, docketing, and creative services teams. She is primarily responsible for ensuring that both substantive and administrative practice support tasks are carried out with expertise and a strong commitment to superior customer service.

Collaborating with firm management, Jessica creates and implements practice support initiatives designed to meet our clients’ needs for efficiency, transparency, and predictability. She draws on her extensive leadership and business experience from big law to optimize the efficiency and success of Fish & Richardson’s litigation practice.

 

Jessica also leads the recruitment, hiring, and training of top-tier practice support talent. She actively manages case staffing and utilization while contributing to operations budgeting, as well as financial and data analysis.
